Mike is shown with one of the new machines "C-Series" checkweighers from Mettler-Toledo Hi-Speed. All of the "C-Series" machines feature cleaner, more sanitary designs. We can also offer these with metal detectors now and xray and vision systems in the future.
Triangle displayed their "XYS08" bagger with a liquid filler and ultrasonic sealing jaws. The ultrasonic jaws create better seals with less chance of leakers.
Mike is standing in front of the SpeeDee rotary filling system. This machine fills at high speeds with great accuracy. The machine also has a sanitary design and can easily change over between container sizes with a minimum of tools.
The Enercon booth got a lot of traffic this year. They featured their "Touch" models which allow the operator to easily change over between muliple cap diameters.
Tom and Mike are standing in front of a "ProLine" filling system in the Filamatic booth. This is a relatively inexpensive filling line that can fill, cap and label bottles with high precision.
METTLER-TOLEDO DEMO BUS
In July and August, the Mettler-Toledo Demo Bus visited our area carrying a full line of Safeline xray and metal detectors and Hi-Speed checkweighers. We were able to park the bus in front of manufacturing plants and have customers bring product from their production line out to be tested.
